That’s Rudy & I.
Sweet, right? It wasn’t always like that.
Even before I had my 4-year-old troublemaker, I had days where I admit, I dreaded going to the barn. I was afraid of what my horse that I was on my way to ride was going to do.
What if he bolts? What if he refuses the jump? What if he refuses to go forwards again? What if he ducks those polls again? What if I look like a total idiot?
This was not the dream I had in my head of what riding was supposed to be like.
At the time, I hadn’t built strong bonds with the horses I was riding and I didn’t know how to bond or communicate with them. Until you’re able to achieve that solid means of communication, it’s really hard to feel confident in the saddle.
When traditional aids failed, I got creative and started using other methods that did work.
And now I want to share those with you because I know you feel like I did then.
Your life is not going to be complete if you’re not loving your riding.
When you sign up, you’ll get instant access to all of the Confident Rider Methods I’ve learned over the years so that you can start trying them with your horse right away.
Here’s what we’ll cover:
The essential joy of being with a horse is that it brings us in contact with rare elements of grace, beauty, spirit and freedom.
This is what I want you to feel when you head to the barn.
I want you to look forward to getting there, knowing that whatever comes up, you’re prepared with ways to handle it.
I’ve felt that dread in the pit of my stomach as I headed to the barn, thinking about in what way I would fail as a rider today.
It doesn’t have to be like that, I promise.
I know you have that ideal in your head of the “horse girl” who just looks completely effortless as she rides.
As if she’s a part of the horse.
You can get there. It starts with gaining the confidence you need to fix the problems you’re encountering right now.
So let’s do that!
